🔥 How to Stay Motivated When You Feel Like Quitting?
By now, the initial enthusiasm might be fading, but this is where real resilience is built.
Remember why you started, and trust the process—momentum comes from persistence.
Even if I can’t stick to the plan perfectly, progress is happening. In times of change, we need to grab our anchor and continue. We fall, we stand up again!
What is your anchor?
For me, it’s sadhana—the foundation of my life. Everything, from work to relationships, revolves around my practice, keeping my mind balanced and focused.
What is Sadhana?
Sri Vidya explains that sadhana is a disciplined spiritual practice that leads to self-transformation. It’s not just about rituals—it’s about commitment, consistency, and inner growth through small changes in our daly life.
Once you set small, achievable goals, you build willpower—known as Sankalpa in yoga. Even something as simple as chanting a mantra, at a set time, daily strengthens resilience.
If mantra practice isn’t for you yet, 🎁 Small Reward: Take a break with a mindful snack or enjoy a wellness activity that recharges you.
🥥 Nutrition: Ghee – The Gold of the Kitchen
Ghee is more than just clarified butter—it’s a nutritional powerhouse. Ayurveda treasures ghee for its ability to nourish the body, enhance digestion, and promote mental clarity.
Fun Facts About Ghee:
Ayurveda’s Perspective: Ghee is used in medicinal preparations, detox therapies, and daily nourishment. It balances Vata and Pitta doshas, making it ideal for grounding and cooling.
Ancient Romans & Ghee: While Romans primarily used olive oil, they did have clarified butter-like substances for cooking and medicinal purposes.
Longevity: Properly stored ghee can last years without refrigeration!

🕉️ Ayurveda Element: Mantra Repetition
Sri Vidya emphasizes mantras as a way to align with universal vibrations.
What is a Mantra?
A mantra is a sacred sound or phrase that carries vibrational energy. According to Soundarya Lahari book, each element is connected to a sound, which originates from Nada—the cosmic vibration. By chanting the sound, you connect with a specific vibration, like tuning your violin to the perfect tune that refin your mind!
Let’s start with a simple yet powerful sound: ‘AUM’—the base of the universe.
🔊 Let's do it together
Bija Mantra ‘A’ and Its Impact
Swami Rama taught that the bija mantra ‘A’ resonates with the Muladhara (Root) Chakra, stimulating the adrenal glands. It fosters stability, grounding, and inner strength—essential for maintaining motivation.
Bija Mantra ‘U’ and Its Impact
Swami Rama taught that the bija mantra ‘U’ resonates with the Svadhisthana (Sacral) Chakra, influencing the reproductive glands and fluidity of emotions. It fosters creativity, adaptability, and emotional balance, helping to cultivate flow and openness in life’s changes.
Bija Mantra ‘M’ and Its Impact
The bija mantra ‘M’ connects deeply with the Manipura (Solar Plexus) Chakra, activating the digestive system and adrenal functions. It strengthens willpower, self-confidence, and transformation, empowering inner strength and the fire needed for self-discipline and motivation.
