These aren't just physical systems; they're connected to energy centres called chakras, each linked to one of the five natural elements and the main Glands in our body.
When I first started practising these exercises, I didn't expect much.
But something shifted. Slowly. Quietly.
My body started releasing what my mind had been holding onto for years...

Emma's Story
