Through digital guides, stories, and simple practices, I help modern seekers find balance — without needing to move to an ashram or spend years studying Sanskrit.
I'm based in Livigno, Italy, but my work reaches people around the world through adyaym.com and a growing library of digital resources on Ayurveda, yoga, and ancient philosophy.
HOW I GOT HERE
In 2015, I left a corporate job in London and travelled to India — searching for something I couldn't name.
What I found was Ayurveda.
After a severe knee injury, I experienced a 7-day Panchakarma treatment at Kaivalyadhama in Lonavala. It didn't just heal my knee — it changed the way I understood health entirely.
That led me deeper: Hatha Yoga at Isha, the science of the five elements (Tattwa Shuddhi), and eventually to the teachings of Swami Rama and Śrī Vidyā, where I met my Guru, Guru Sakalamaa, in Bangalore, who initiated me into this sacred tradition.
I realised something simple but profound: true well-being isn't about fixing symptoms, it's about restoring balance.
Now I write about it.
WHAT I CREATE
📚 Digital Guides: Practical wisdom from Vedic traditions, designed for modern life. My first release, The Goddess of Wealth, explores the mythology of Lakshmi and a simple system for directing money with intention.
✍️ Stories & Teachings: Through adyaym.com and social media, I share the myths, rituals, and philosophy that have shaped my own journey — translated into something you can practice today.
