The Challange 21 Days
My 21-Day Ayurveda & Nutrition Challenge: Why I'm Doing This! Day 1
Gentle Readers,
Today, I’m starting a challenge—and to keep motivation high, I’m sharing it with you all.
Do you ever feel like you want to be healthy, but it’s hard to keep up with the right food, the right exercises, the right routine, the right digestion, the right breathing, the right way to live your best and healthiest life?
Well... I’m in this situation right now! And I want to find a way that truly works—something easy, sustainable, and that I can turn into a lifestyle, no matter where I am.
Whether I’m in London, Puglia, or the Alps at 1816m above sea level, I need an anchor—something that keeps me balanced in any environment, with any routine, no matter how life changes.
🌍 If you’ve traveled, you know that in the place you find yourself to be for days, weeks or months, food, wheater and culture change all the time. if you want to have a pleasent stay, Adapting is key, but in the process, our body and mind go through change.
Everything is unknown.... By experience, I've noticed that if there is no anchor while waters are moving, I am drifting with the waves of change and I struggle to keep my centre where discipline combined with flexibility keep me in calm and crystal clear waters...
✨ Consistency is the challenge. But instead of fighting it, let’s use social power to inspire and support each other—starting with daily basics and building a stronger, healthier version of ourselves!
Let’s Start Very, Very, Very, Very Simple!
Think about it:
✔ You EAT every day.
✔ You BREATHE every second.
✔ You MOVE most of the time.
So let’s focus on what we already do—every single day!
📅 The 21-Day Challenge: Ayurveda & Nutrition for Balance
🌱 **FOOD: Using a nutritionist-approved meal plan, I’ll add Ayurvedic knowledge for high Pitta, creating recipes with carefully selected spices to balance my doshas.
🏋️ EXERCISE: Instead of exhausting workouts, I’ll simplify movement by focusing on joint rotation, like Sanket Ji, great yoga teacher, said:
👉'Ponder - where is the movement come from?' I answered: 'when I move my wrist or elbow, the movement comes from the shoulders; when I move my ankles and knees, the movement comes from my hip joint!'.
So why not start with very very simple rotation of arms and legs at the hip?
Shoulders drive arm movements; hips control the legs—so I’ll start with gentle rotations at the core joints.
🌬 BREATHING: Inspired by Swami Rama of the Himalayas, I’ll practice breath coordination—because breathing influence thinking, which is influenced by reasoning.
🌊 When breath and mind work together, life supports your goals effortlessly!

🥗 Nutrition – What I Ate Tonight
🥘 Stufato Ayurvedico di Manzo con Zucchine (Pitta-Friendly)
Ingredienti:
- carne di manzo magra (tipo spezzatino o macinata grossa)
- zucchine medie, tagliate a mezze lune
- 1 cucchiaino di semi di finocchio
- ½ cucchiaino di coriandolo in polvere
- ¼ cucchiaino di curcuma
- 1 cucchiaino di ghee o olio di cocco
- 1 pezzetto di zenzero fresco grattugiato (facoltativo e in piccola quantità)
- Sale rosa o marino q.b.
- Acqua calda q.b.
- Prezzemolo fresco o coriandolo fresco (foglie) per guarnire
- Succo di lime o limone (qualche goccia a fine cottura)
Procedimento:
